My name is Simon and software and development company under the following two brands; a web agency called Digital Phenix (digitalphenix.com) and a B2B Saas company called Ninjodo (ninjodo.com).
Our company produces hire quality, strategic branding, websites and a software to clients with a focus on the recruitment space, SME professional services and eCommerce, across Australia, New Zealand as well as some clients in the UK and US.
We've recently begun growing our team and are now looking for 2 motivated and passionate sales/business development reps to help ramp things up in our web agency division.
We have a very unique and highly appealing product offering, with very few legitimate players in the same market.

We all have chosen to work in remote environments to be with our families and kids when needed. We don't believe you need to be stuck in an office somewhere, doing the old school 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri.

We are all very multi-skilled. This helps us see things from a very holistic vantage point and as such allows us to work together and delivery fantastic results for our clients who choose us because we know what we're doing, and what they need to be doing to succeed.

Seriously, screw working harder. There is ALWAYS a smarter way to do something than the way you are doing it right now. We would rather our team work half the hours than a regular company if it means they can achieve the result on their own terms. If you can hit target and deadlines in half the time, there's no point looking busy, go home, go to the beach, play with your kids, whatever keeps you feeling charged.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO DO IN THIS ROLE?
Ultimately you're prime responsibility is to bring in new website clients. These can be brand new sites for new businesses, rebrands/refreshes for existing sites, or upgrades to existing sites using one of our plugins. - You will start the role with 2 very specific target groups of businesses you can begin cold-calling (or if you're smarter, getting warm introductions to) - You will have monthly targets to achieve, and healthy commissions accordingly for hitting those targets

You are an ambitious person and love the hunt of consultative selling
- You are a dynamic, cheerful, happy, outgoing personality who is easy to talk to and loves talking
- You work well as part of a team and truly understand the impact of others relying on you to be part of that team

- You have both experience and a very strong interest in technology and the digital landscape
- Actual experience with websites, graphic design, branding, etc will be a massive plus
- Experience in recruitment or as a recruitment consultant would be a very strong plus, but not essential

- You're not afraid of getting it wrong or someone saying no
- You love working sharing ideas and seeing what can be created from them
This is a performance based role (commission based pay) and the right candidate who is hitting their realistic targets will be earning a 6 figure salary with no cap on commissions, plus the opportunity to grow a recurring commission base through our software products.
WHERE CAN THIS ROLE TAKE YOU?
For at least the next 12 months, this will be your primary role. However, as I mentioned above, we're a team with broad skillsets, and our company has a number of brands in different spaces. We will be growing our team substantially over the next 12-24 months, so this answer is really up to you. We value people who invest in their own upskilling and learning and provide plenty of specialised training for those who desire growth.
